Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the quick service fast food restaurant industry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented mindset. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
