Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Counter Help to join our vibrant food service team! Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service operations Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction by suggesting popular or complementary products Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service roles within the food industry Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy Experience operating kitchen equipment and managing food safety protocols is highly desirable Prior retail sales or upselling experience can be advantageous in promoting menu items effectively Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
