Join our growing mobile food concessions team as a Team Leader and help us deliver great food and even better customer experiences at festivals, fairs, and events. About the Role As a Team Leader, you'll oversee daily operations at our mobile food stands, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from setup to service to breakdown. You'll lead a small team, keep energy high, and make sure customers leave happy. What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Oversee food prep, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Handle cash, inventory, and basic reporting
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Coordinate setup and breakdown at event locations
  • Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
  • What We're Looking For
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
  • Flexible availability (including weekends and events)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event sites
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required. Will Train the right person. What We Offer
