• Seeking an enthusiastic restaurant leader to join our Wendy's team. Applicants should possess a high level of comfort in the kitchen and show the ability to manage a shift with confidence.
• Job responsibilities include support of the general manager, opening/closing the restaurant, leading a team of 8 people to run a key day part such as lunch or dinner service and training new hires on positional responsibilities.
• As the Shift Supervisor, shift leadership requires planning out where your team will work and leading and coaching them through the day. As the leader on the shift, this individual will communicate often with guests to ensure they have the best experience possible.
• Initial Pay Rate is $16/hr What you can expect
• Managers are eligible for additional, quarterly performance bonuses based on restaurant performance.

• Applicants should have the availability to work any number of shifts including evenings and closes and is based on a 45 hr work week.
• Please be local to the Bucks or Montgomery County areas with reliable transportation. Applicants should have at least 3
• 5 years restaurant leadership experience.
