This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the Utility team while working alongside staff to keep kitchen operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Supervise and support the Utility team Assign daily work and keep the team on track Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and attendance Work alongside staff with dishwashing, pot washing, meal cart delivery, and kitchen closing Maintain sanitation, food safety, and inspection standards Schedule Shifts include 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Every other weekend and some holidays are required.
