Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality food service in a dynamic environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining food safety standards. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and ensure a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Manage food inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed Handle cash register operations or point-of-sale transactions accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements to meet operational needs Experience Prior experience in kitchen operations or food preparation is required Customer service experience is essential to effectively interact with patrons and address their needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are highly valued Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to accommodate varying shifts and hours
