Night Shift Lead Driver - Oilfield Water Hauling Contractor Transport LLC is seeking an experienced Night Shift Lead Driver to support our 24/7 Water Hauling Operations serving the Williamsport and Scranton, Pennsylvania areas. This is a working lead-driver position. We are looking for an experienced oilfield water hauler who can lead a night-shift operation, dispatch drivers, respond to customer and field needs. Our water hauling operation runs 24/7 to support the oil and gas industry. We currently have a Day Shift Supervisor in place, but because of the demands of a continuous operation, we are adding a dedicated night-shift lead to provide leadership and operational coverage during the overnight hours. The goal is to have a lead driver who can both drive and lead, allowing us to maintain high truck utilization while ensuring our drivers have strong leadership and support on nights. What You'll Do As the Night Shift Lead Driver, you will be responsible for helping lead and coordinate the night-shift operation while remaining an active part of the driving workforce.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate a company water truck.
• Communicate and coordinate drivers and trucks to meet customer and field requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to night-shift drivers.
• Monitor active jobs, truck locations, driver availability, and changing customer needs.
• Maintain high truck and driver utilization while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate with drivers throughout the shift and provide support when problems arise.
• Respond to customer and field requests and communicate changing priorities.
• Make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced, 24/7 oilfield environment.
• Help hold drivers accountable for attendance, performance, safety, and company expectations.
• Monitor equipment availability and communicate maintenance needs.
• Ensure drivers have the information and resources necessary to complete their work safely and efficiently.
• Provide detailed shift-to-shift communication with the Day Shift Supervisor.
• Help maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Identify operational problems and take ownership of finding solutions.
• Assist with driver training, onboarding, and development as needed.
• Serve as the primary company leadership presence during the night shift.

A Working Lead Driver - Not a Desk Job This position is designed for someone who wants to lead from the field.

• Class A or Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
• Previous oilfield fluid hauling/water hauling experience
• Previous experience dispatching trucks or coordinating field operations
• Proven ability to lead and hold employees accountable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the night operation
• Comfortable working nights in a 24/7 oil and gas environment
• Ability and willingness to operate a water truck as part of the position
• Good computer skills

Schedule Full-Time Night Shift This position supports a 24/7 oil and gas water hauling operation and requires the ability to work nights. The Night Shift Lead Driver will work closely with the Day Shift Supervisor to provide continuous operational coverage and ensure effective communication between shifts. The Day Shift Supervisor has overall responsibility for the operation, while the Night Shift Lead Driver will be responsible for leading and coordinating the operation during their scheduled night shift.
