  • working out of our warehousing facility near Fogelsville In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of picking, packing, staging, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control activities within an SAP EWM-enabled warehouse.
This role manages a team of associates to ensure operational excellence and supports customer order fulfillment by maintaining accurate inventory levels and timely task execution. The supervisor monitors both digital systems and physical workflows to identify and resolve issues that could impact customer fill rate or delay outbound shipments. Success in this role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance against key KPIs, foster team accountability, and collaborate across departments to ensure upstream and downstream alignment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to "winning the day" by delivering consistent, high-quality results. Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment for the warehouse teams. Train staff, audit operations, and implement process improvements. Provide direct floor supervision of inbound and outbound operations. Achieve and exceed KPIs in quality, service, and cost. Report performance metrics to management team(s) and use this data lead continuous improvement initiatives. Cross-functionally support site production operations through hiring, training and development of warehouse staff. Develop team members in their skills and career growth. Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets. Drive innovation with a customer-first mindset. Qualifications 15+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment 10+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
