Car Wash Supervisor (Closing Shift) - Shiny Shell Carwash

We are currently hiring a full time wash supervisor to help us on weekends and throughout the week. The Supervisor is part of store management but stays on the front lines with the team more than not. We offer a great work environment with low turnover and a very fun team. Job Responsibilities Include:

Safely loading cars into the carwash tunnel Working with chemistry Working with upper management and the team to ensure we have an efficient and productive crew Entry level car wash maintenance Pushing wash and membership sales to reach goals Checking on equipment Watch cars be cleaned and report any issues Greeting customers and informing them of the different car wash options, including membership options Helping keep the facility stocked with supplies and clean Smiling and waving at customers

Required Work Experience:

1+ years car wash experience 1+ years customer service 1+ years sales experience (strongly preferred but not required) 1+ year management or leadership (strongly preferred but not required)

Skills Required:

Must be willing to work on your feet and with your hands Must have very friendly customer service skills Must have strong attention to detail Must be able to read English and communicate well Spanish speaking is a plus Bring positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be dependable & reliable

Education Required:

High school diploma or

GED Job Type:

$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
