Mission Control Shift Supervisor#26-33362 $1-$3 per hour Foster City, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Mission Control Shift Supervisor for their Foster City, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive and open-communication culture Support vehicle operators in day-to-day operations Complete all administrative tasks with regards to team coordination and schedule validation Become knowledge experts on Client proprietary software related to Mission Control Ops Motivate and manage workflows to execute and deliver to Client high standards Interact with contractors assigned to Client to answer questions, provide information, and ensure they understand and execute on their job assignments Support service through a wide variety of roles in remote ops Other related duties as assigned from time to time by leadership
Requirements:
2 years of autonomous vehicle operator experience and/or remote operations High school/GED required Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality Proven ability to problem solve and improve operational efficiency Proactive mindset and resourcefulness Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues Preferred Skills 12 months of experience with Client as an employee or contractor in a Vehicle Operations/ Remote Operations role. 2+ years autonomous vehicle industry or operations experience Experience as an Instructor or Lead within an operations team, or equivalent management or leadership experience Experience in leading or managing a highly cross functional team
