Car Wash Shift Lead Position:
The Car Wash Shift Lead will be responsible for facilitating the operations of a shift and leading the crew by way of example and coaching. Shift Leads must be fully proficient in all Wash Attendant responsibilities to be able to assist on a shift, where needed, directly demonstrate proper ways of delivering an exceptional guest experience, executing operational tasks, and guiding and coaching Wash Attendants to do the same. Shift Leads provide encouragement, guidance, and coaching to team members throughout the shift so the integrity of our values and the service to our guests is maintained.
Duties, Authority and Supervision:

Car Wash Manager Responsibilities:
Proficient in all Wash Attendant duties and responsibilities. Knowledge and understanding of the business and demands, including external impacts on business demand; able to be agile while leading the workflow, thus ensuring team stays productive, gets necessary tasks completed in a timely manner, and provides exceptional service to our guests. Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and provide input and feedback on process improvements. Act as a true "first among equals" by having a mastery of daily operational responsibilities, processes, and procedures with the ability to answer all questions pertaining to daily operations. Execute and train crew on all operational duties and responsibilities, task checklists, and shift change requirements; assists Car Wash Manager with crew training. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the car wash by performing and delegating the cleaning of facility, equipment room, exterior grounds, and vacuum area; Ensures all equipment (Payment stations, wash equipment, vacuums) is kept operational. Provide immediate feedback to Car Wash Manager about relevant team member developments, equipment needs and issues, supply levels, and operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 months as a Wash Attendant and successful completion of Introductory Assessment Period Ability to work a flexible schedule which involves working a variety of hours, anytime between 6am - 9pm, depending on business needs. Weekend Holiday hours are required.
Physical capability:
Capable of having clear verbal and written communications Able to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, grip and at times work in warm/cold temperatures Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms to perform certain job tasks Capable of maneuvering and regularly lifting and or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds, unassisted Ability to handle moderate stress in performing multiple tasks Able to work in a periodically loud environment
Skills:
Quickly and efficiently operate any task during peak hours. Proficient in quickly adapting to challenges and implementing solutions during stressful situations; adept at swiftly moving from one activity to another, shifting focus and priorities at a moments notice. Possess a professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Highly organized, able to problem-solve, and have extreme attention to detail. Comfortable with technology
