Job Description

Field Training Manager Starting Pay $22 per hour We are looking for a Field Training Manager to support the success of our fast-food restaurants by developing people, strengthening operational execution, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership position. The Field Training Manager will travel between restaurants to train and coach General Managers, Assistant Managers, shift leaders, and crew members while ensuring company standards are consistently followed.

What You'll Do:

+ Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.

+ Coach restaurant leadership teams on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and restaurant execution.

+ Ensure restaurants consistently follow company operating procedures, food-safety standards, cleanliness requirements, and brand standards.

+ Conduct regular field visits to observe operations, identify performance gaps, and provide hands-on coaching.

+ Assist with the rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and company initiatives.

+ Develop high-potential employees and managers for career advancement.

+ Monitor training completion and maintain accurate training records.

+ Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.

What We Are Looking For:

+ 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast food, quick-service, or fast-casual operations.

+ Proven ability to train, coach, and develop restaurant employees and managers.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to build trust and credibility with restaurant teams.

+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and spending significant time in restaurants.
