Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Supervisor with proven experience in the hospitality industry to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service. The ideal candidate will lead front-of- house teams, maintain high standards of food safety, customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during shifts. Train and supervise restaurant staff, including bartenders ,servers, hosts, bussers, food runners . Make sure service to comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Conduct regular dining area inspections to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards. Manage inventory levels, beverage, and supply needs, and control costs to meet budget goals. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Delegate tasks, monitor staff performance, and implement corrective actions when needed. Must handle cash/credit transactions, process orders, and assist with opening/closing procedures using the Toast POS system. Collaborate with the management team to maintain revenue, profitability, and quality standards. Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong hands-on experience with Toast POS system (order processing, reporting, inventory management, and end-of-day procedures). Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, POS systems, and inventory management. Excellent leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
