Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented work environment A leadership role where your creativity and service standards directly impact residents' daily lives Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding organization Primary Responsibilities of the Director of Dining Services Provide leadership, structure, and organization for all dining operations Ensure efficient daily dietary department operations, including: Menu implementation Staff scheduling Ordering supplies Delivering a world-class dining experience for residents Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in both food quality and service quality Maintain a dining and kitchen environment that supports teamwork, safety, cleanliness, and proper hygiene Ensure full compliance with regulatory agencies and state requirements Cook and prepare meals as needed to support kitchen operations Support continuous improvement and maintain consistent hospitality standards across all dining experiences Requirements Education, Experience & Certification A caring heart and genuine willingness to serve others Minimum of 2 years of related culinary experience in a lead cook role or higher Associate or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of staff management experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or long-term care (preferred) ServSafe Certification required; Food Manager Certification preferred Creativity and self-motivation in culinary planning and execution Experience working with regulatory agencies and understanding state dining requirements POS system knowledge preferred Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
