This leader possesses the ability to stay calm under pressure and to understand that the guest experience should be unparalleled at the minimum. They are a thoughtful and understanding leader who inspires and mentors. They are intrigued and excited by creating one-of-a-kind experiences and partner closely with the Food + Beverage teams on events and daily experiences to achieve that goal. They are the eyes and ears of the department and keenly watch over things with a passion for perfection. Requested Tasks

• Hire and train team members
• Oversee the operational management of all Food + Beverage experiences
• Keenly monitor and manage team members
• Supervise and manage inventory, labor, and other administrative tasks within Food + Beverage Requested Capabilities
• Prior experience as a Restaurant or Front of House manager required, prior events experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership organizational and communications skillset
