Full-Time Position Description Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in safety, security, and supervision within healthcare or correctional settings? We are seeking a Shift Supervisor II to join our team and take on a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our site, company property, and the persons we serve. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values integrity, and can lead with confidence and adaptability. What You'll Do Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of safety and security employees. Oversee custody, control, and supervision of individuals served within the facility. Maintain safety and security of buildings, grounds, and company property. Enforce rules, regulations, and corrective actions when necessary. Document and report discrepancies, malfunctions, hazards, and security breaches. Investigate incidents, notify leadership, and oversee use-of-force protocols. Review and ensure accuracy of incident reports and serious incident reports (SIR). Supervise, train, and support assigned employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. Act as liaison between security and medical staff to support the healthcare needs of individuals served. What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare or mental health treatment facility, with: Two (2) years in a medium/maximum-security setting or Three (3) years in a minimum-security setting (required) Two (2) years of supervisory experience (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required). Licenses/Certifications Certified Correctional Officer (as required by the state). Valid state driver's license (required).
