Responsibilities Prepare high-quality food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations to ensure food safety compliance. Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, stocking supplies, and managing food storage areas. Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Support team members during busy hours by multitasking effectively in a quick service & fast food restaurant environment. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Experience in retail math, cash handling, or grocery store environments will be advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic kitchen operations is highly desirable. Prior restaurant experience or working in a café or quick service setting will help you excel in this energetic environment.
