In this vital role, you will oversee daily food service operations within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a positive dining experience while managing meal service, inventory, and compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities and Requirements Supervise and coordinate all aspects of dining room operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleanup Train and mentor dining staff to uphold service excellence and safety standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring food quality Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedure Proven experience in food service management within healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant environments Strong background in dining room management in a skilled environment.
