Job Description As a Shift Lead , you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring team members are working efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You'll work closely with management to support store goals and lead by example on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front and back-of-house team members during assigned shifts Open and close the store when scheduled Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment Ensure quality and speed of service standards are met Address customer concerns professionally and promptly You will need to learn all aspects of the restaurant. This includes learning how to use a Slicer, POS system, and our dressing station.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of previous shift lead or supervisory experience (Preferred) Must be 18 years or older ServeSafe is required; if you do not currently have it, we are more than happy to help you get it!
