Shift Supervisor Join the Vicious Biscuit brunch revolution as a Shift Supervisor, where you'll lead shifts, drive execution, and hold the team accountable to our standards. You'll run the floor, support every position in the house, and ensure strong hospitality, product quality, and team performance on every shift you lead. This role is the bridge between training and leadership — you'll coach team members in real time, hold the team accountable to Vicious standards, and make real-time operational decisions that keep the shift running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks to ensure completion. Coach and develop team members in the moment, reinforcing standards and systems across FOH and BOH. Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern Hospitality and guest recovery. Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift. Execute opening and closing responsibilities and maintain the safety and security of the building. Run all positions across the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow. Support the training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers. Requirements 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience. Experience handling guest complaints. Experience coaching hourly team members in the moment. Experience giving direction during a busy shift. Experience supporting trainers and new hires. Has, or is able to obtain, a valid driver's license. Holds a Managerial ServSafe certification. Eligible to work in the United States. Available for early morning shifts. Available to work weekends. Experience working front-of-house, back-of-house, expo, opening/closing, or multiple positions during a shift is a plus. Experience in fast-casual, brunch, breakfast service, or high-volume guest traffic is a plus.
