Requirements and Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience- Meet USDA professional standards according to school enrollment
- Experience in HACCP, OSHA, and safety programs. Certifications and Licensures
- SERVSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30-days
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required. Computer/Technology Knowledge
- Ability to learn and navigate Microsoft office programs including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to operate food service-related information systems.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system
- Ability to utilize HR and Payroll system. Supervisory Skills
- Ability to direct and supervise team members according to district policies while following the company values General Requirements
- Ability to understand financial data including P&Ls, KPIs, and related financial data pieces and make good decisions using that data
- Ability to translate financial data to applicable audiences
- Ability to identify and exercise high emotional intelligence personally and with others.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
