  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, helping with day to day activities and helping our team grow.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for adjusting for employee call outs.
  • Accountable for the work of Customer Service Attendants.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
  • In the event of unexpected equipment or system failure, supports the General Manager in fixing the issue.
  • Performs any and all responsibilities of the Customer Service Attendant as needed.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or car wash role.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic car wash environment where you can utilize your communication skills and passion for sales to provide exceptional service. Commission based sales on top of hourly pay.
