We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including: Discretionary operational bonus eligibility (based on restaurant performance and operational goals) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (family coverage available) Employer-Matched 401(k) Plan with Pre-tax and Roth contribution options Paid Time Off accruing on DAY ONE Holiday Pay Paid Parental Leave for new mothers and fathers Student Loan Payment Assistance Program Employer-Paid Life Insurance Policy Employee Discounts Employee Recognition Programs and engagement events Employee referral bonuses Professional development opportunities What You'll Do As a FOH Manager, you will serve as a visible, hands-on leader responsible for: Guest Experience & Service Excellence Lead daily front-of-house operations (seating, reservations, service flow) Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Ensure dining room presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance standards Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service Team Leadership & Development Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house team members Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and respect Model hospitality leadership on every shift Operations & Compliance Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures Assist with inventory oversight and product receiving standards Ensure compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations Monitor sanitation, safety, and preventative maintenance programs Prepare schedules, reports, and operational paperwork in a timely, organized manner Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales, service, and operational goals This is a hands-on leadership role - you will step in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. What We're Looking For Experience 3+ years in restaurant operations and/or assistant management High-volume restaurant experience preferred Strong understanding of front-of-house systems and service standards Skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proven leadership and team-building ability Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools Financial acumen and basic math proficiency Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Tennessee Driver's License Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and rotating weekends Preferred Qualifications ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) ABC Certification (or ability to obtain) Multilingual skills a plus Experience using Jolt a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business, or equivalent experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours) Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) Stamina to support a fast-paced, high-volume environment (Typical leadership schedule: 50-60 hours per week) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
