$15/hour About the Role We are looking for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our KFC team as Shift Supervisors/Managers . Our leaders play an important role in creating a positive guest experience, supporting team members, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance Lead the team and oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts Provide excellent customer service and help resolve guest concerns Communicate effectively with team members and management, including during stressful or busy situations Make sound decisions and solve problems quickly and professionally Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant standards Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Maintain accurate records and assist with daily administrative responsibilities Support inventory, cash handling, and other restaurant operations as needed Pay close attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed accurately Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications & Skills Basic computer literacy Basic math skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in stressful situations Reliable transportation Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Dependable, responsible, and professional attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is preferred What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders who show up, lead by example, communicate well, and care about both our customers and our team .
