Job Description

Required:

The Farm at Natchez Trace is a luxury pet resort where dogs and cats receive exceptional care, enrichment, and attention in a beautiful setting just outside Franklin, TN. Everyday, our team creates a safe, fun, and loving environment for our guests—and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Pet Care Supervisor to lead the way. As an Assistant Pet Care Supervisor, you'll play a key role in both hands-on pet care and team leadership. Shift:
Afternoons to late evenings ( varies: 2:30pm-11:00 pm or 2:15pm-11:00 pm ), five days per week with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. Availability during weekends, holidays, and peak periods is required. What You'll Do Supervise and support a pet care team during assigned shifts Ensure all pets receive exceptional care, enrichment, and attention Safely handle dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds and temperaments Monitor pet health, administer medications, and assess safety needs Lead group play/potty break sessions Prepare meals Communicate clearly with supervisors and other departments Jump in where needed to keep our guests happy, healthy, and safe
What We're Looking For Required:
Professional Experience handling dogs and cats in a pet-related facility
Required:
