Dietary Manager - Skilled Nursing Facility in Jackson, Tennessee A skilled nursing facility in Jackson, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Dietary Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dietary department and ensure high-quality meal service for our residents. This leadership role is ideal for a confident, organized, and strategic nurse leader ready to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do:
Plan, organize, and supervise the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards Ensure meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and aligned with individual dietary needs Oversee food preparation, service, and sanitation procedures Manage inventory, food orders, and cost control measures Lead, train, and schedule dietary staff Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on resident care plans and dietary requirements Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including health inspections
What We're Looking For:
Active Dietary Manager certification Food Service Manager or certification/degree in Food Service Management or in Hospitality 2 years of Food Service Management preferred Why Join Us?
