Duties:
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist guests in selecting menu items and products to meet their needs
- Provide guidance and support to other team members
- Follow inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate POS systems efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in the culinary, food industry, or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and procedures is preferable
