What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to successfully open and operate a brand-new restaurant location.

Grand Opening Responsibilities:

Participate in pre-opening training and onboarding. Assist with hiring, interviewing, and training the opening team. Help set operational systems, organization, and back-of-house structure. Ensure the restaurant is launch-ready — from cleanliness and food safety to service standards. Support grand opening execution, including community engagement and promotional activities.

Ongoing Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and direct Team Members during service. Coach, train, and develop employees to meet brand standards. Support scheduling, inventory management, and ordering. Monitor labor and food costs to support profitability. Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Foster a respectful, high-energy, and accountable team culture. Step in operationally wherever needed — this is a hands-on leadership role. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of leadership experience in restaurant or retail. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Experience training or onboarding team members preferred. Positive, solution-oriented leadership style. Ability to coach, hold others accountable, and build strong team morale. Willingness to work flexible hours during grand opening and ramp-up period. Desire to grow into future leadership opportunities.
