Shift Leader Role Overview As a Shift Leader, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. You'll supervise team members, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the restaurants profitability—all while creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Needed Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism that align with Marcos values. Team player with a passion for delivering a Five-Star experience to every guest. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and accuracy in handling cash. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
