We are seeking a dynamic leader for our back-of-house, managing the "magic behind the menu" in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Job Summary As Kitchen Lead , you will command a high-volume show kitchen, managing staff and ensuring the flawless, simultaneous service of our four-course feast. Responsibilities include maintaining strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards while leading the team to success.
Key Responsibilities LeadershipOperations:
Would like someone with experience leading a kitchen, Serve Safe certification a plus.
QualitySafety:
Ensure every meal meets high standards while maintaining strict safety and sanitation protocols.
