What You'll Do:

Lead and coach team members to deliver outstanding service and food quality Open or close the restaurant following checklists and protocols Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards are met Handle guest complaints with urgency and professionalism Monitor shift productivity and support team members where needed Manage cash handling and end-of-shift procedures Assist with training new hires and enforcing brand standards

What We're Looking For:

6+ months in a supervisory or keyholder role in the restaurant industry Strong communication and decision-making skills Passion for food, hospitality, and team development Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a high-volume setting Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
