In this vital role, you will oversee the closing procedures, ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met, and prepare the restaurant for a successful next day. Your leadership will help maintain high-quality customer service, manage staff during the closing shift, and uphold operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Supervise and coordinate all closing activities, including food preparation, cleaning, inventory control, and cash handling Lead and motivate team members during the closing shift to ensure efficient service and adherence to safety protocols Oversee food safety management practices, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures in compliance with health regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transaction processing and reporting Conduct inventory control checks, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels Train staff on proper food production techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a focus on shift management and team supervision Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff training, and conducting interviews Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a restaurant setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure environments Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred but not required Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and inventory calculations Join us as a Closing Manager to lead our dedicated team through successful shifts while ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences.
