Your mission:

Team up with the General Manager to coach and develop the food and beverage stars, ensuring everyone shines bright in service and skill!

Inventory Innovator:

Assist in managing and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels, helping keep our supplies prepped and ready to serve up excellence!

Budget Buddy:

Collaborate with the General Manager to keep our department on track with budget guidelines—because every great breakfast deserves smart planning!

Attendance All-Star:

Show up with pride and reliability, flexing your schedule to meet the dynamic needs of our busy hotel and keeping the Aimbridge spirit alive every day!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience valued. Strong communication and quick decision-making skills. Effective under pressure and able to resolve concerns with guests and co-workers. Comfortable working with financial data and basic math. Maintains composure and objectivity in stressful situations.
