$16.50-$30.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and leadership progression. Full-time team members have the opportunity to earn up to $65,000 annually . As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to advance through our leadership roles: Certified Trainer Team Leader Director Each step provides additional leadership responsibilities, professional development, and opportunities for increased compensation.
