Evening/Closing Shifts- 2pm-10:30pm (Always Closed on Sundays!)

What You'll Do:

Lead from the

Front:

Coach, encourage, and direct team members during fast-paced evening shifts (typically from 2pm until 10:30pm, 5 nights per week) Run the

Play:

Oversee shift logistics, manage breaks, handle guest relations, and execute closing procedures so the morning team is set up for success.

Champion Culture:

Foster an environment of hustle and hospitality where your team actually enjoys coming to work.

Problem Solve:

Handle cash management, quality control, and food safety standards on the fly.
