Job Description/Responsibilities BuzzBallz is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead quality and food safety initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for promoting a culture of quality, ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and developing a high-performing laboratory and quality team. The Quality Supervisor will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, support customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with FDA, TTB, and other regulatory requirements. What You'll Do Lead and develop Quality Technicians while fostering a culture focused on food safety, quality excellence, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with company quality standards, FDA regulations, TTB requirements, and food safety programs Manage quality assurance processes including inspections, audits, product evaluations, corrective actions, and root cause analysis Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance customer satisfaction Support product hold, release, rework, recall, and nonconformance processes while maintaining accurate documentation and records Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, implement preventive actions, and improve manufacturing performance Monitor key quality metrics and provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to leadership
