The pay cycle is every two weeks. initially you will be given a paper check for the first 30 days, and then once past the probation period has ended you will be given the choice to set up for direct deposit.

Full Job Description Shift Leader Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the shift staff
- Ensure smooth operations during the shift including, customer service, food production, and deliveries.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the team
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure consistent service quality
Requirements:
Having the ability to float between all departments is extremely important.- Previous experience in bartending, food production, catering, or related roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
