This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and wants to develop leadership skills in a fun and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and support floor staff during assigned shifts Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences Assign team members to different areas and manage shift priorities Train and coach new employees on procedures, customer service, and safety standards Welcome guests and assist with customer questions or concerns Support parties/events and ensure parties run smoothly Monitor cleanliness, safety, and facility standards throughout the shift Handle opening and closing procedures when assigned Ensure team members follow company policies, including attendance, appearance, and workplace expectations Communicate important updates and issues to management Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, recreation, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Responsible, dependable, and able to take initiative Comfortable leading a team and providing direction Positive attitude and enjoys working with children, families, and guests Must be available to work weekends and some evenings Must be at least 18 years old Ideal candidates include: College students looking for a leadership role Experienced team members ready for their first supervisor position Individuals who enjoy creating great guest experiences Highly-motivated individuals who appreciate performance-based bonus opportunities and leadership growth.
