This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and finished products. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, picking, staging, and shipping. This individual will lead warehouse employees, ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment, maintain safety and food-handling standards, and work closely with Production, Quality, and Transportation teams to support overall plant operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees to ensure efficient daily operations. Oversee receiving, storage, picking, staging, loading, and shipping activities. Coordinate daily workflow and staffing to meet production and shipping requirements. Ensure accurate inventory movement and proper documentation of materials and finished goods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Ensure products and materials are stored, handled, and rotated appropriately.
