Your Role, Your Impact Ensure scalable operations by optimizing shift workflows and resource allocation
Foster collaboration across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams for seamless service
Maintain high reliability standards through rigorous quality checks and proactive issue resolution

Promote knowledge sharing and continuous training to elevate team performance You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in rail, manufacturing, or industrial operations
Proficiency in shift management systems, maintenance protocols, and safety compliance
Strong understanding of operational excellence, lean principles, and process optimization
