Great Opportunity for bilingual (English/Spanish) staffing and warehouse professionals that are looking to make a difference with our staff in El Paso! We currently have several positions available:
- First Shift
- First Shift
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Monday thru
Friday Job Details Requirements:
Must be flexible to arrive up to 15 minutes early Overtime and additional hour during peak seasonsPreferred Experience:
Previous staffing supervisory experience and/or warehouse leadership experience Ability to build relationships with staff and client Work in high volume, fast paced environments Managed 50-100+ staff in a warehouse environment Good computer skills including with ATS (TempWorks, Bullhorn, Avionte, Workday etc.), MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, and ability to adapt to workforce planning Apps and other technology Forklift experience and willing to become and be trained to be a Train-the-Trainer to support forklift training and recertification activities Keen eye for safety, and OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is highly desireable Good decision making and problem solving skills for best outcomes Proactive approach to client and staff, change agent, and great brand ambassador as liaison between our company and our clientJob Responsibilities:
Lead daily check-ins and supervise temporary staff at a local warehouse Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees Walk the floor regularly and respond to staff needs Use office tools such as phones, walkies, and basic tech platforms Track and report attendance, including calling no call/no shows Support recruiting efforts for temporary staff as needed Provide training and support for new hires to ensure success Complete shift reports and maintain regular communication with leadership Use of ATS systems, MS Office, Email, Google Sheets, and ability to adapt to App's and new technologyQualifications:
Must be reliable and punctual Strong communication and interpersonal skills High sense of urgency and customer service mindset Solid computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office Typing, email, and general office technology proficiency required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Willingness to be on-site and hands-on throughout the shift Looking for long-term growth opportunities This is a demanding but rewarding role.
