Job Summary The Front-of-House Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting on-site food service operations while overseeing Food Servers and guest-facing service execution. This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient meal presentation, food safety compliance, and smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations across client locations and catering environments. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, highly organized, and capable of leading a team in fast-paced service settings while maintaining Imperial's standards for professionalism, food safety, and guest experience.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision Supervise and support Food Servers during daily service operations Lead pre-shift setup and service readiness checks Assign service responsibilities and monitor workflow efficiency Provide coaching, direction, and real-time problem solving during service Support onboarding and training of front-of-house team members Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment Ensure staff maintain proper uniform standards and professional appearance Guest Service & Hospitality Deliver and model exceptional customer service standards Interact professionally and courteously with guests and client representatives Resolve guest concerns or service issues quickly and professionally Ensure food presentation and serving standards are consistently executed Monitor dining and service areas for cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction Support elevated hospitality standards during meetings, conferences, and catered events Food Service Operations Coordinate meal setup, replenishment, and breakdown at client locations Ensure accurate portioning and plate presentation standards are followed Assist with food assembly and expo as needed during peak service times Monitor product quality, freshness, and holding temperatures throughout service Communicate effectively with kitchen and production teams to ensure smooth execution Assist with inventory organization and front-of-house supply management Food Safety & Compliance Enforce all ServSafe, state, local, and company food safety standards Verify sanitation buckets, cleaning schedules, and service station cleanliness Monitor and document food temperature logs and holding procedures Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and transportation of food items Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times Address and correct food safety or compliance concerns immediately Previous experience in food service, catering, hospitality, or restaurant supervision preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends ServSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe) Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended period Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to bend, reach, push, and carry throughout shifts Comfortable working in fast-paced food service environmentsSimilar jobs in El Paso, TX
