Responsibilities Coordinate food presentation and ensure dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards before serving Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing Assist with food plating, garnishing, and portioning to uphold visual appeal and quality standards Support servers by bussing tables, refilling condiments, and maintaining a clean dining area Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling, preparation, and presentation Help manage the flow of orders from kitchen to table, maintaining efficiency during busy periods Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and enhance guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, plating techniques, and food safety standards Experience with banquet service or hotel food operations is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of food handling, cooking, and serving procedures Enthusiasm for hospitality, customer service, and creating positive guest experiences
