This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing energetic teams, and ensuring smooth dining execution. As a Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable moments for guests while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to perform at their best and foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Side Note :
Wage can be negotiated if candidate has 3+ years of experience of any type managing. Duties Lead and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring all team members deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences. Manage event operations from start to finish, coordinating with team members to execute standards. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction remains a top priority. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and guest feedback. Supervise safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the venue or resort. Support management in maintaining our standards of service, supervising ongoing performance, and fostering a positive team environment. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management, food service, or hospitality roles within restaurant setting. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or assistant manager experience. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during high-energy shifts; experience in shift management is preferred. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and report writing for operational documents.
