Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Serve food responsibly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food preparation, plating, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support kitchen staff by managing food handling procedures and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and promote guest loyalty Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build rapport with diverse guests Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest leaves satisfied!
