Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff during shifts, coordinating tasks and ensuring high-quality customer service. Prepare and serve customer orders quickly and accurately, including making ice cream, cakes, and other novelties daily. Manage inventory to maintain adequate product levels and protect company assets. Train and coach crew members , helping them follow company policies and procedures. Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house, back line, and kitchen areas. Operate POS systems (e.g., Aloha POS, Micros POS) for accurate transactions. Handle cash handling duties with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end. Support daily store operations by restocking supplies, managing service flow, and meeting sales goals. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.
