Overview:
We are seeking experienced, passionate, and hands-on restaurant leaders to join our team and help drive our commitment to excellence. We are currently hiring for Kitchen Manager, Front of House Restaurant Manager, and Team Lead opportunities. As part of The Spot leadership team, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing team members, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and fostering a positive work environment. Whether your strengths are in kitchen operations, front of house hospitality, or overall team leadership, we are looking for people who are committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests and team members alike.
Basic Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary based on role and department, but may include: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated cooks, front of house staff, and restaurant team members to deliver outstanding service, food quality, speed of service, and uphold our values. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, food preparation, safety and sanitation, inventory management, and overall restaurant execution. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills, build confidence, and support their career growth. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Manage guest inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and gracious manner. Drive sales and profitability through effective cost management, upselling strategies, increased throughput, and a commitment to speed of service. Lead kitchen team members in executing onsite and offsite catering jobs as needed. Support the executive chef and leadership team in maintaining kitchen equipment, operational standards, and overall restaurant readiness. Create a supportive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork, guest satisfaction, accountability, and care.
Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management, kitchen management, team leadership, or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team. Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and achieving business results. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, especially for kitchen leadership roles. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for hospitality, food, and people.
