Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, service delivery, and cleanliness standards. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. oversee staff training and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant. monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity. Maintain a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring service excellence at all times. Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and supporting overall restaurant management goals. Support catering, banquets, or special events as needed to expand service offerings and customer satisfaction. • Experience Proven supervisory or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Extensive knowledge of food handling safety standards. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and reporting. Demonstrated leadership skills in training staff, supervising teams, and managing restaurant operations effectively. Experience in hospitality management within casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with budgeting processes, food safety regulations, and customer service excellence is essential.
