We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a vibrant food and beverage environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining efficient restaurant and bar functions. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and elevate the overall guest experience. Duties Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated team Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote excellent customer service Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee kitchen management tasks Conduct interviewing and onboarding of new team members to build a strong workforce Monitor budgeting, cost control, and revenue goals to maximize profitability Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management, including supervising staff in a quick service or casual dining environment Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling Experience with inventory control, food management, and kitchen operations Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and team management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Background in hospitality management or food service management preferred; hotel or banquet experience is a plus Ability to manage shift schedules effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications required by local health authorities Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly desirable Join our team to lead with energy, inspire your staff, and deliver memorable experiences for every guest.
