Crew Member Duties and Job expectations Assist with administrative functions including but not limited to inventory count & refill Team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly Support the development of new team members Cleanliness at all area of the store [Front glasses, dipping cabinets, Sundae station, bathroom, dipping wells, all sinks, all food area, etc] Clean bathroom including floor, all area of toilet, behind toilet, sink Create and maintain a "Guest First" culture in the restaurant Ensure all shifts adhere to or find shift replacement as it's your own responsibility Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable laws Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed

• Wear clean BR uniform at all time [Latest shirt, Apron, hat, and name tag]
• Date label all food products and ensuring that are maintain per "Shelf Life" chart Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling Drive sales goals and track results
• Other duties as assigned Must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills; Must be trainable and coachable; Must be dependable and reliable; Must have great attention to detail; Must be punctual and hard-working
